I celebrated my 7th wedding anniversary this month. We took the first week of June visited a South Korean spa here in Houston. There's something about that quiet, that heat, that stillness, helps me hear myself again.
One thing that came through is something I keep relearning: we don’t think better by pushing harder.
We get clarity when we actually slowdown and stop being busy.
And one of the things I got clear on is a question a number of you have been asking me: “How do I get more out of my meeting notes?”
That question keeps showing up. In webinars. In DMs. In panels and private workshops. Even in masterminds. And what’s clear is: it’s not just about sales. It’s about what happens in marketing conversations, in client onboarding, in customer success calls, in follow-ups, and even in the stories that never quite make it into a formal testimonial.
These transcripts are full of gold and for the first time in a long time, we actually have the tools to mine them. AI is helping us not just capture the conversation, but synthesize it. To pull out feedback, insight, patterns, objections, phrasing, and decisions. It’s becoming a thinking layer across your client journey.
So I’m changing the demo during our next session, on June 25th, to focus on...analyzing your transcripts.

We’ll talk through how to scope, frame, and begin designing an agent that helps you build libraries of content, feedback, customer language, and more.
Hope to see you there!
